This delicious, fully washed coffee is grown, as well as, processed in the Kore village in the Kochere district within Yirgacheffe. The Ethiopian heirloom varieties thrive in the nutrient rich, red-brown clay soil of this region. Once cherries have fully ripened, they are picked and delivered to the washing station. They are then depulped within 12 hours and then washed using spring water. This buttery coffee is sweet and delicate, with notes of bergamot and jasmine flowers.
